  First alliance is an absolute powerhouse! When it comes down to raw knowledge of the mortgage regulations and finding ways to get you the BEST mortgage possible, they are consistently outperforming their competition. We were initially working with three lenders (2 popular banks and First Alliance), but it quickly became apparent that the two other lenders were only used to issuing straightforward loans and were extremely slow to communicate that to us. Andrew was attuned to our situation from the beginning and gave thoughtful suggestions that made our mortgage possible. The team--from the loan officer to his processor to the underwriter--works as a single unit to process each mortgage carefully and quickly. The receptionist was also incredibly sweet and was the embodiment of warm professionalism. They are all excellent communicators and made sure we had absolutely everything in order for closing day. Andrew is one of the most personable people we've met and is consistently by your side for the entire process. I'm not saying this is one of the best private lenders-- it's simply one of the best lenders out there.
