      I recently opened a bank account with First American. It has not even been a month and I can say that I ABSOLUTELY love working with them. They have been exceptional since the first day. If google had more stars, I would be giving the bank more stars. VERY HAPPY!!

      First American is a good bank however, this branch does not mirror the knowledge or professional attitudes that is standard among their other branches. The manager at this site chooses to be confrontational and made it clear customers aren't important. Hopefully a needed change will be made soon.
