      I have employees who work for me who cannot cash their checks on fridays because since they don't have accounts at First Anerican, they must give a thumbprint which can only be done inside the bank. Everytime they go there on Friday during the day the lobby is locked. It says it's open online but that's just not true. They always end up calling me to cash their checks because they can't get paid otherwise. It's a real pain in the backside and yall need to do something about it.
