      Real Estate Agent Maria Gutierrez was very dishonest and very unprofessional. We sold our house to her client and we lost 3 weeks of vacation time off work we requested to move & we ended up paying $800 in moving fees because she continued to lie to us & we almost lost our new home too. She lied about legal documents and every step of the full process. She created a lot of stress to our family, I wish we never did business with her or her company IN RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER STEVE VONG, please stop putting excuses for Maria Gutierrez. Steve Vong, you are very unprofessional too. I filed a complaint with you via email & you never responded to my request. I gave you full details & proof showing it was Maria Gutierrez’s fault. I reached out to you as her boss & you never contacted me to resolve this matter. That shows me that YOU Steve Vong are very unprofessional just like her & you don’t care.

      Please be careful with this agent. He is good at talking, but never helps you out resolving issues with home buying process. Before you start your process he is good and nice. you guys all know home buying is stressful process, He is agent who adds more stress to our home buying process. all girls out there be careful picking him as your agent, because he just talks nice, but never a nice person. todays modern world works on reviews and my review may help someone out there saving your time and money, final thing to be peaceful.
