  First American Title in Hamilton has consistently met or exceeded my expectations on a regular basis. They have been known to work late in order to meet tight deadlines and have always pulled through for me when I have a property closing that I order a rush on. I appreciate that they are thorough, friendly and professional in all transactions I send their way. I close a considerable amount of property through this office and I know I can rely on them to assist me in coordinating everything that needs to be done and to follow up with lenders and clients to be sure that we have everything prepared and ready for closing. There have been times when I call them and inform them we would like to close one early and they have always come through and worked extra hard to make it happen. I appreciate that they do a full title search and actually include copies of everything. They go out of their way to meet the demands of the public and I truly appreciate them for it. I appreciate their love for the community they serve and the fact that they have contributed to many organizations and continue to support the people who live here. There are many components that come into play in closing a Real Estate transaction and I feel they play a very important role. Thanks for always bending over backwards to take care of us. I cannot say enough about what you mean to me and how important you are to my success and that I know my clients are in good hands.
