  I have never worked with a bank that has kinder, more helpful and more attentive people than this particular branch of First Bank. My elderly parents were clients and were always so well treated by everyone at the bank. When my father died, everyone at the bank was so kind. But perhaps even more importantly, they helped so efficiently and effectively at getting things organized for my mother and revising account names and holdings, etc. as well as notarizing various documents that we needed to submit. They are simply the very best of the best and I am so grateful to all the wonderful people who work at this branch.

  I brought my family to this bank when they came to visit me because I thought this was the first bank ever, hence the name. FALSE ADVERTISING. They were amazed to be going to such a historical monument but when we went in there, the teller made me look like an idiot by saying it wasn't the first bank ever. Can you please teach your employees to lie so someone's whole family doesn't make fun of them every christmas?Jesus. The rest of our visit was great though. The employers were so friendly but i was a little disappointed when they said customers didnt get to take a free sample from the vault. I was hoping for a "supermarket sweep" type thing where you grab as much money as you can in 90 seconds. Sorry my uncle asked everyone if they wanted to see a picture of his weiner. He breeds weiner dogs and he always makes that joke.
