  1st First Banks have a homey feel. Really. Your don't feel like you're in a bank. 2nd: Their buildings aren't one of those large ones where you can hear your echo. 3rd: The tellers/staff are always pleasant and have a great sense of humor. They get to know us one-by-one. They greeted me by my name after a visit or two even before I got to the counter. How they remember all of us I do not know. 4th: I've never heard of any errors or breaches. Their site offers various extra safe guard programs that allow YOU to choose . 5th: Problem? God forbid! They have someone who will help resolve ASAP. 6th: Their online banking is great. I've made enough goofs & when I do there's that patient tech who ensures "first" that it's really me. They DO NOT ask any personal acct. information. You select the security questions and they hold it until you call. You can ensure they know it's you before transacting any business. Now that's encouraging. Oh yes, I do not own stock in Frist Banks nor did anyone hold a gun to my head while I offered this review. LOL! I am not a paid representative nor am I employed by any of their branches. To sum it up I am VERY satisfied with FIRST BANKS.

  Extremely unprofessional! Never apply for a Mortgage here, Isaac Berumen sabotaged a Home purchase by failing to complete docs, being dishonest, breaching timelines, and then advising his clients who were family members to not sign a Purchase cancellation to lock up the deposit and prevent the seller from selling their home after wasting the sellers time in 60 days of escrow.
