      When I activated my account, they were very observant and pro activate. That was years ago. I can call with an issue, it is resolved in seconds. They offer online banking, I am just not into online banking. Although I have Life lock 360

      I switched from another bank because I didn't care for the customer service. I am thankful I chose First Bank. I have had a great experience at all of the local branches, but I go to the Kell branch the most. People are always super friendly and willing to discuss what you are trying to do and give options about the best way to get it done.
