Love this FAMILY Bank! Every time when I go in (once every other month) they know me by name and always follow up on the personal level. They have helped me manage my accounts, go in depth with helping my credit score and helped me on saving for my future. If you are looking for a great bank that treat you like a family member and not just a number customer then this is the bank to go to. Ask for any of the girls, Teena, Laura, Ana or Amanda. They are the Marvelous 4!!

I had a very difficult experience with this branch where they failed to follow their own policies and procedures. Fortunately, it is not my usual branch. I usually bank with the Costa Mesa location where folks are wonderful and I highly recommend them instead.
