      Hard to know if the leadership at this company is more ignorant or incompetent. If you’re looking for a bank that puts itself first at the expense of the customer then First Bank is what you’re looking for. They pride themselves in their own self-interest and strive to belittle the customer. My experience involved the PPP loan. While the process of obtaining it was reasonable, the forgiveness process was fraught with deception, mistruths, and apathy on the part of the bank to the point where they forced me into and unjust default despite my many attempts to payback the unforgiven amount. There are many great options for banking in our area but this is not one of them. Highly recommend against doing business with this organization.
