      Worst customer service I've ever encountered. They won't answer the phone at the Blacksburg location so the calls roll over to the Cornelius branch! My dad has made two trips from Gaffney to Blacksburg trying to open an account needed for his disabled sister as her Power of Attorney. Both times the "manager" was out and the last trip he was told she would review the PoA document and call him back. Never happened. This was a critical transaction in order to get her approved for Medicaid. Shamefully negligent attitude toward their customers. Oh, and she/they already have existing accounts...not for long I'm sure.
