      This off brand, backwoods place should not have replaced Bank of America. They refuse to make change and spend time debating it amongst themselves. Please close!

      In my experience, the customer service provided by this branch is the best I've had. They make an effort to know you as a person, not just a customer. If I don't give it five stars it is simply because I don't think this bank is as accessible (having ATMs and more branches) as other banks. Nevertheless, if you don't plan on leaving the area much, or plan on just using your debit card, then this bank may work for you. Lastly, I got a chance to travel and test the security measures on the card. Indeed, the bank has a series of protection features to prevent any one else (or yourself when abroad) from accessing your account.
