  As a level 6 Google Local Guide, I am passionate about credit where credit is due (pun intended;) I spent 20 years in commercial radio broadcasting helping small and medium market businesses generate traffic, increase sales, build customer loyalty and satisfaction, and create "top of mind awareness" so that when it was buying time, the listener would remember MY advertising message first. Were it not for the virtual DESTRUCTION of live-n-local radio perpetrated by corporate behemoths like Clear Channel, I would most likely still be a live radio announcer today. But their agenda had little room for small business success. This is why I do voice-overs independently now and strive to help "main street USA" prosper, while big-corp america seems bent on destroying it. Hence my love for being a local guide and promoting places like FNB Waverly. I enjoy giving businesses 5 star reviews when earned, but first they have to wow me at least one time. I moved back to Waverly less than a month ago, and that has happened several times already. Wow. On each and every one of my 4-plus visits, I have been treated like FAMILY at FNB. Every person from teller to counter person to receptionist to personal bankers Mandy and Jade, made me feel like their "agenda" was ME! Almost as though I was a seven-figure-balance account holder, when in actuality its fluctuates somewhere between 3 to 4 figures. Most recently my PB Mandy was out for the week. I had some insurance company interaction I needed taken care of via FAX (yes...faxes are still a thing I guess lol). Specifically I needed a bankers signature for account validation. That's when Jade stepped in. After creating the bank-doc I needed on FNB letterhead, she took the time to help me complete an info packet for my third party annuity / insurance company, AND faxed it in for me! Ya'll are the greatest and you make THIS guy feel like a millionaire every time I come visit. THANK YOU my hometown bank!

  ALL STAFF/WORKERS are the absolute sweetest! They answer any/all questions I may have about anything from big things like loans and 401Ks to the smaller things like deposits and their hours-which I forget on a regular basis... they treat me like a human being and are always incredibly welcoming. Like a 2nd family-they'll take care of you!
