      I got covid lost my job because i had covid and could not go to work... i have a few fees because of this... All the other fees i have had in the past i payed because they where in my control... this was not... they are unwilling to work with me on the fees off so i can continue to live the few years left i have. Cancer will take me at some point. Will be banking with another bank from now on. These people do not care... they are machines like every other place... where have all the real people gone? I thought i lived in the bible belt where Christians cared... shows true colors of people... they dont follow what they preach... as the rest of this planet. people are only bound for money... and they will take it from the poor first.

      Ive been banking here for around 6 years. Theyve helped me fix my credit and get on solid footing for the future. They are definitely that hometown bank that is invested in its customers and community.
