      Mrs. Holly was great. She showed me nothing but kindness and great customer service when I’ve needed her & went above and beyond to help me with whatever I needed. Her other employees, one in particular (I cannot remember her name) were not. I would use my debit card & it would take it out of my account & then show back up a few days later as a pending transaction. When I went to the bank and asked why did this all of a sudden just start happened the lady’s response was “I don’t know.” I’d been with them since January & this started happening out of the blue! When trying to figure out what’s going on with my money, the woman smiled and chuckled as if it were funny. Nothing was funny about the situation! They called the law on me because I got upset wanting to know what was going on with my money. I will never bank with them again! Never!
