      Was attempting to open an online account, uploaded all documentation, setup for transfer of funds and, after 4 days, received nothing from them. Asked them to cancel my "application" via 3 emails and 2 phone calls. No less than 20 or 30 rings for someone to answer the phone. Just not what I expected in a local bank. Update... received a call from a key management member, apologizing for this service. Seems COVID is impacting their operations significantly and this is a new service offering for their online banking services. Have updated my review score to reflect this "middle of the road" rating. Will consider doing business with them down the road, at which time I hope to return and provide a more positive review.

      I love this bank! We banked with another bank for 6 years and had all kinds of issues. But so far it's been an amazing experience.
