      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN They require you pay them thru a 3rd party portal but you can NEVER access the details of your loan (acct# / Bal Owed, etc) and three weeks of trying to reach them has been fruitless. Never answer phones, do not respond to phone messages or email. I'm locked out of their system (but not the PAY system) I have no idea what I still owe, or even if it's already paid off. I have never been treated this bad by ANY financial institution. If you have any other choice take it.

      Absolute horrible bank, can't get in touch with anyone. They repod ny car because their auto payments got screwy finalky gor in contact with someone and sent over the payment including late fees and missed payments and they say i need to wait 10 business days before they release although the payment shows it's processed. Absolute joke of a bank and customer service
