      Stopped to use their ATM & it wouldn’t give me my card back, stopped at the lobby, closed. Went through the drive up, was told drive through customers were priority & I would have to wait for them to MAYBE assist. Waited for awhile, was told wouldn’t be helped until cars stopped coming through the drive through. Finally did & no one came out. Drove through again only to be told I’m lucky they’re even trying, I’d usually have to wait till Monday IF that. Was continuously told to be patient but was given zero updates. Finally two people came out, & told me they still couldn’t get it. Garbage bank with garbage people. I will never bank here again.

      I love my bank - after working with so many giant banks, the customer service we receive from FB&T is the best I've ever received. I just called to ask if I could set up a health savings account and they were able to do it all over the phone in about a two-minute phone call. That's not the first time I've had a big question that received a simple, quick answer. Keep it up!
