      Everyone that I've met at this bank is very nice and professional. I love that I can call and get an actual person on the phone. Their hours are super convenient too. I don't know how anyone could give this place a bad review.

      I was very surprised to see a few poor ratings for this bank and felt like I needed to right the ship with some commentary of my own. I am a long term investor having dealt with dozens of banks through 40 years of Investment and banking work... That is simply to establish that I have a broad experience in banks around the country. I have found this bank accessible, creative, expedient, and forthright. Everybody I have dealt with has been pleasant and quick to respond to my requests and needs. I have moved most of my banking to their online platform. Lindsay Newman has been stellar and I know that Chris is very knowledgeable. I have also been very impressed with the floor staff. Jason has been very accommodating. I only give them 4 stars and not 5 because I'm sure there are things I haven't yet explored and I know they won't do everything right but my experience so far has been on point.I don't know the details of what those who have given FB&T a low rating and so I cannot discount their claims, only relate my own experience.
