      I have been a customer with First Bank & Trust Co. for 20+ years, and have yet to have a single complaint. The staff here are most helpful and always polite. They're the sweetest group of professional ladies, whom greet you with a smile. They are the very best!

      There truly aren't enough words to describe this horrible financial institution. For months we have been dealing with a loan officer to obtain a new home construction loan, who told us all she needed was my wife's paystub from her new job and a new building proposal from our contractor. Not only did our new proposal come down in cost but my wife's new job paid more with more hours than her previous job. With that, my state job and disability, our monthly income was more than sufficient. The loan officer hands us off to yet another officer, who now tells us they won't be able to help us, completely contradicting what we were told previously. For nearly 6 months this bank shuffled us around and passed the buck from one to the other... meanwhile we have 6 out of our 43 acres (completely paid for and increased in value btw) cleared and ready to break ground while we wait on these incompetent so called loan experts. Advice, ... find a local bank to deal with and go with them, there is no sense of value or customer service with this one. Pathetic

      love banking with first bank & trust have been banking with them since 1998 now all 3 of my kids bank with them...especially love this branch the staff is so friendly & welcoming...they do their best in anyway they possibly can to help you with questions issues accounts loans etc...they are right there to help their customers...keep up the great work!!
