      I started banking here last year - they were the only bank in the Waynesboro area still processing the 1st round of the PPP loans at that time. Worked with Jim Hyson initially, then with Pat Martin. Pat also assisted with the 2nd PPP loan, and the experience was equally pleasant. Both Jim and Pat were very helpful and professional, and I am so grateful and pleased with the service they provided.

      Came into the branch to open a business checking account and found out the person who handles it was on vacation, so I asked if there was someone there that knew how to open one. The woman said she'll try and figure it out. 1.5 hours later, I waited and they could not figure it out. Why not get someone on the phone the entire time and have them walk you through it? I waited and waited and finally, I just said cancel everything. By the way, no one in the branch wears masks. I went to another bank, everyone wore a mask, opened up an account, and was done in 45 minutes!

      Had an issue regarding my account and called to try and resolve the issue. However, the person who answered the phone was so incredibly rude and laughed at me. There are several banks in the area, I’d go elsewhere. I’ve been a customer for 8 years and I am no longer.
