      I’ve never been treated by First Bank like I was treated today. I’ve been cashing a check with them for over a year, and today they told me they couldn’t do it because I “don’t have enough funds to cover the check” this is the same account with the same balances it has had for years. My family will be moving all of their accounts, refinance houses, and never set foot in their door again. Horrible customer service, I can’t imagine what it would feel like to be in the middle of the pandemic with no money due to this banks incompetence.

      Staff is always very friendly! Only complaint I have is the wait in drive through line, I visit this bank often and it isn’t uncommon to be waiting 20-30+ minutes to get through the line.
