      I went to the bank today to cash 2 checks and trade some $20s for a $100, the teller told me that she could not take one of the $20's because it looked like a rat chewed some off of each side;I said you know where that came from, it came from your atm here at this bank. I am very disappointed with the service I received there. l have been with First Bank and Trust for many years and I am seriously thinking about taking business elsewhere.

      There are two employees here who definitely are the nicest and go above and beyond to help you. That being said in the years I've banked here I've had my debit card information stolen and had to catch it myself as their fraud detection system didn't, I've had to pay overdraft fees over less than a dollar and their mobile banking has more than once now showed the available funds wrong.
