  It just took way too long to cash a check written to me from an account at that bank. I have a busy day usually and seems like I can't get it to the some of the women quick as they would like.

  I ordered a new card after completing an address change twice. They ended up mailing my card to my family's address that wasn't even my previous address... (Living out of state) When I called to ask about it, the woman put me at fault and had no resolution. My family mailed the card to me and got lost in transit. Terrible customer service. Definitely changing banks after this. I never write reviews but it's crazy that they didn't offer to send another card, rather than have an awkward conversation with me. Also, my card currently does not work Edit (they called and fixed the issue and still waiting on a card. ) 3 stars
