      Yesterday, I opened my membership account with First Basin Credit Union. It was a very pleasant experience as Kayleigh Masters and Diana Carrero handled the entire process with professionalism, and wonderful courtesy. They made it a point to explain all of the details of signing my paperwork and explaining the process along the way. When I asked regarding opening a joint account, auto loan rates, and credit card options, they answered all of my questions. They even took the time to assist me with downloading the phone app, leading me through the process of creating a username and password, and passcode, and explaining the various tabs on the app. Overall, I appreciated the friendly staff of First Basin Credit Union. I highly recommend them to anyone.
