      I applied for a refinance on my truck, Friday. Signed papers today. I got in touch with them trough my app (I already bank here), responses were very fast. Katy and Belinda literally messaged with me all day. They helped me with every step. It was a very pleasant transaction. I have been banking here for nearly a year and have never had an issue.
