Troy and his team at first capital commercial have been nothing short of fantastic. He has helped me acquire funding for real estate and a ground up build. I ask a ton of questions, never once did I feel like they did not want to help. Troy is ultra responsive, very clear and committed all the way through the end of the project. We used SBA funding which I certainly was nervous about in the beginning. SBA has some unique requirements but Troy has made the whole process from start to finish simple for this very anxious borrower. I have a hard time thinking anyone would go further and reach above and beyond where Troy and his team have gone for my project. I will not hesitate to reach out to him for further help with future projects.
