      First off, let me state I’ve been a customer of FCP for over 25 years, and this has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had coming here. I went to the Up River Road location on Sunday, and first off, I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. The employees seemed to not be interested in checking to see if I needed help. And granted, I know the manager that was in charge. Then I brought in a few items to sell, and the employee that helped me out didn’t seem to be interested in giving me fair value for the items I had. So, I packed my things and took them elsewhere. Upper Management, please take note of this bad experience that I had and maybe re-educate the staff on better understanding the customer’s needs.. Will probably never go back to this particular location again, sadly.
