      Nice enough staff. But they just will not answer the phone. I've been waiting a couple of days on a BG check to get my pistol out of hock but they just will not answer.

      Customer service is bias and I called corporate because a weapon was pointed at me while I was looking to purchase and I didn’t think it was protocol and I was nervous considering the mishap in Hollywood with a prop and it is illegal to point and present a fire arm! Would not give me my refund back and I have the paper work they had the wrong phone number in the computer so they could not call me! Horrible customer service
