      First Cash, Second Rate!!! The only thing the are taking at this shop is customers time. Felt like i was being low balled in a hoarders pile of a left-overs. This place is more of a joke with the new name than it was with the old name. Offered me 15$ for a brand new 100 dollar item. So I went down the street to the winning competition where I did business and left with 20 more dollars than offered by first cash. They have no selection here. Probably due to lack of customers willing to give in to their pathetic offerings. pricing whatever they do have as if it were brand new in box. It'll all come out in the wash! Until then support your better pawn shops in town

      Horrible customer service from the exact same employee as before. I don't know if the young boy up front doesn't do anything but he needs severe training in respect and customer care. As a Colorado Native stay away from this place.
