      Cesar and Eric are an absolutely delightful! It feels like family every time I go in. I truly adore the professionalism they both have. I’ve been there when some customers get outraged for stuff that is absolutely their own faults. I’ll give a few examples… just recently was a dude with a crossbow said they didn’t call him. I was present when he came in to redeem it They apologized and informed him again how the layaway plan works. He admitted to forgetting his due dates but still got angry at them for selling it.

      Put son a wicked ridge crossbow on layaway. Forgot to stop by and pay monthly fees. Came by a week later to get it out for my son's 18th birthday and they done pulled it.and sold it .without even a phone call to let me know. Not happy. Sons birthday is tomorrow
