  Honestly this is a pretty good pawn shop, whoever did the one star review was probably salty because they couldn't keep whatever they had pawned. I have been the messes up pawn shops before and this is not one of them.

  Avoid this place unless you don’t mind poor customer service as well as being ripped off. A few days ago I was short on cash so I decided to pawn a few items. I did not have a vehicle to use at the time so I chose to take my items to this place because it was the shortest walking distance for me. Big mistake. I took in brand new items, two of them were worth $60/each & the other one was worth $20. They gave me a total of $15, so $5/each. If it wasn’t for the fact that I needed the cash to do my laundry (which I had already loaded into washing machines at the laundromat before realizing I had forgotten my debit card) I would have taken my items & went elsewhere at another time. Yes, I know it’s a pawn shop and I wasn’t expecting to receive a small fortune but $15? Come on already! They obviously have no shame which I guess I should have expected after witnessing their pathetic, (more like lack of) customer service skills. This was my first & last time ever stepping foot in their store & I recommend to anyone looking to pawn things to go elsewhere!!

  I came Here fresh out of work to see about pawning my 1960 omega seamaster watch that i paid a good amount for. Times get tough now and then. I asked if they could check the watch to see if it was 18kt gold. I was told that they don't go off by the gold that is just a watch and that's how they sell their watches. Made no sense. Then the lady helping me shows the watch to another lady that I assume is the manager. She looks at it and says " is not real". How can she know is not real I asked? She's been doing this for years they told me. Long story short, I bet because they saw me fresh out of work and dusty they didn't believe I would have a 1500 dollar watch on my wrist. I got no help only a "thank you" "have a nice day" .
