  Do not go anywhere else for any of your pawn shop needs! In the process of trying to recover from I divorced, I finally buckled down to sell my wedding set. I obviously wanted to recoup some and ended up on a tour of pawn shops between Taylor and Round Rock. Not only did First Cash Pawn offer me the best value, they also offered me the best service. I was first greeted by Cray who was friendly, professional, and very helpful! He truly seemed supportive seeing me get what I wanted out of it and even encouraged me to go check with their sister store down the road. In doing so I was made aware of how lucky I was to stumble upon the team at First Cash on Palm Valley. I returned to the Palm Valley location and was greeted by cray, the clerk who had originally assisted me, and he asked me to wait and he would be right with me. Immediately the manager, Joel, came to me and said he would get my paperwork started so I didn't have to wait around, and ultimately ended up offering me even a little more than I had originally been quoted in the first place. Thank you to both of these gentlemen for their graciousness and for their service!

  There is employee that work there and she pretty cool on how speak with customers and very polite and she does great at what she does at her job i can't remember her name but she white women and she short but i want thanks to all employees that work hard and keep this going hard work pay off... I hope the staff see this nice and loving comment i leave for them...
