      I called Lori Dobrowolski several times. My niece referred me to her as I was trying to get pre-approved for a loan. The first time I spoke with her she stated she was in a meeting, she took all of my information stating that she was going to call me back she never did. I also told her in that first conversation that I was working with housing resources. She stated well housing resources does not have any funds as if I was lying. She is very rude and very unprofessional. I called her several times after our initial conversation and left her several messages. She has not to this day returned any of my phone calls. I was pre-approved by another mortgage company. And they worked with housing resources and my worker and obtained all of my certificates and gave me a down payment. She needs to be retrained. My niece told me she was rude but I had no idea how rude she was until my experience.
