      I have never had a bank approve a loan on an investment property and then decide right before closing that they would rather not lend on land. I have done business with many banks in Tennessee and none would ever waste my time like this institution did. I can’t imagine how they could continue to stay in business with practices like that.

      I love coming to this bank!! Every other bank I’ve gone to is just kind of eh with their customer service but the people here are just incredible. Always so friendly, welcoming, and beyond helpful. They are always happy to answer any of my questions and I just feel so well taken care of here. So glad I switched. Thank you First Century!!
