      This bank shows no respect for individuals-- spouses-- looking for answers to common financial issues. Having worked at a (larger) bank previously, I know that with the appropriate information, a bank employee can divulge information but with this particular institution they make it very difficult to communicate with them at all. I requested to set up a meeting with my husband, myself, and an employee of the branch to iron out some issues. We're on week 5 with no response. If you're looking for a "hometown bank", look elsewhere for a bank with better values and a more inclusive mission.
