      I went in for an auto loan on a Wednesday. We filled out the paperwork and I was told I would be contacted by Friday. I stopped in on Friday and was told I was approved for the loan but that they were still going over some details and that she would call me in a couple hours that afternoon. I was never called. I attempted to call the next week but with no direct number you are forced to call a hotline number. After being on hold for an unnecessary amount of time someone finally answered and instead of transferring me said I could leave a message. Over a week later I got a denial letter in the mail, after being told I was approved.
