      Mobile app and web site frequently have login issues. Passwords expire early, email address on the accounts get rolled back to previous email addresses, accounts locked for no reason etc. I've been overly patient with it all these years, but there's been ample time to resolve these issues. Secureinternetbank (their backend) sucks. Im baffled this bank charges a month fee but uses a garbage backend service riddled with bugs and multiple day outages. Save yourself the problems and go to a different bank.

      The bank is OK if you just want a bank account but don't expect any help from them,especially Rob. If you are a man you might have a chance a woman has no chance at all. And better have Excellent credit.

      I am a disabled veteran and draw a VA check every month. With the exception of Brooks Corder, who won’t move an inch to help anyone, there are great and friendly people like Ryan Sewell who will go above and beyond to help anyone! I have the biggest issue with their card services, which is the worst of any financial institution I have ever dealt with! Every month my card is blocked after a few transactions! They don’t call or try to text first (and my contact info is up to date) they just block the card and I have to figure it out the embarrassing way!! This is an every month occurrence and now I have been issued a new card that doesn’t work at all!! SWITCHING TO USAA
