  I knew from the minute I started working with The Nick Dawson Mortgage Team that I was working with the best in the business. As a self-employed borrower I had a challenging time trying to get a loan elsewhere. That’s when I found The Dawson Mortgage Team. Nick took the time to understand my situation and was able to structure a great loan for my family and me. As a CPA I deal with many clients and their lenders who seem at best incompetent when it comes to their knowledge of the client’s tax returns and income sources. This was not the case with Nick Dawson. Nick’s knowledge of flow through entities and their effect on financing availability was a breath of fresh air. Throughout the entire process Nick and his team were able to think outside of the box, they were informative, they took charge and always had my best interest in mind. I highly recommend The Nick Dawson Mortgage Team.

  During the process of buying our home, one of the best decisions we made was choosing to work with First Choice. For a first-time homebuyer, we flooded them with questions and they were always quick to respond, even when the office was closed for the day. Tyler Dycus made the entire process as easy as could be for us, and his great communication was well appreciated. We highly recommend Tyler and the whole team at First Choice Bank!

  Nick and his team are incredible. I've closed 3 new homes with First Choice and refinanced all of my other properties. The best part is they never leave you in the dark. You know exactly what you're getting, they educate you throughout the process, and you're never at risk of any hidden fees. That's a rarity these days! I've recommended Nick and the crew to everybody I know and will continue to do so.
