  Excellent title company that will help you with your real estate transaction from beginning to end. Ive worked on several transactions with them and they have a wealth of knowledge on all facets of real estate closings and title work. I would highly recommend them.

  THIS COMPANY WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST TITLE COMPANY I HAVE WORK WITH. I’m a real estate agent for many years and this is my first time ever leaving a bad review… I had such a bad experience that I was actually looking forward to leaving this review. I can not express enough how horrible they were. I will not name names because I actually have more class than that but, the ladies here are rude, they are passive aggressive and they like to try to belittle agents. They almost cost me my closing due to VERY bad communication between the Title company and their customer’s. They expect the real estate agents to do their job! They tried getting upset with me for not having what they needed to close on time. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!! They should have their ducks in a row weeks before the closing date. They charge the customers for their work therefore they should be communicating with their customers. The agents should not be doing their job. Agents RUN FROM THIS TITLE AGENCY!!!! Bad bad custom service!!

  We're an established wholesale company in South Florida, we've been dealing with closings in the Tri County: West Palm, Broward, and Dade county. We've never worked with such an unprofessional closing company. Very disappointing at what they did and how mischievous they where with their client. Context: We have a property under contract that we are assigning to a buyer, the buyer happened to be someone affiliated with this company. So the buyer is interested in our property and we send them all of the documentation for the assignment of contract for the buyer to review. Now the buyer sends the documents to their supposed title company. The next day the title company "advices" the client that she is not sure who the closing agent is based on what the contract say's... Now the contract that we're assigning is a Florida Far Bar contract. She tells the buyer that the wording makes it un clear as to who the title closing agent is. Below I attached a picture of how the Florida Far Bar contract is written. Then when I'm on the phone with her explaining this to her, she tells me, " I shouldn't even be wasting my time with this, i'm not going to get paid on it." At this point she's not even willing to represent her as she called it, " long term client," because she wasn't getting paid on the specific transaction. Overall, horrible experience. Then I tried calling back and she didn't answer the phone, how unprofessional. Don't work with these people, theirs a lot of very trustworthy and reliable title companies out there. Find a good one.
