      I had a great experience in refinancing my home mortgage as well as opening a small business checking account. The employees were professional, friendly and took their time to explain the details. Other banks were not as friendly in helping my partner and I to establish the checking account as an LLP is not as normal of an established business type.

      Bad experience. Went to window at 8:40 to get a withdrawal from my account because I wanted large bills and was told that I either could go to the atm or wait till 9:00 to come in the lobby. What is the point of the window being open if they dont want to do anything.

      Very bad customer service. Have been banking here for years. Try to withdraw money from my account in the drive-thru. Am told can’t cause of limit. Its 8:58am. Then the cashier says I have to wait to use the lobby cause they don’t open til 9am. So why not be courteous and say come on around to the lobby and we will let you in. But instead they don’t open the door til 9:05. So much for caring about your CUSTOMERS who are how you exist. Will be moving my accounts and loans.
