      The employees at the Hayesville branch are so friendly and helpful. I have gotten a home equity loan and a truck loan with them. They are always there to answer questions and help any way they can. Having been dissatisfied at another big bank in the area who mismanaged my account (they allowed my ex-husband who had never been on the account to withdraw over $1000) I moved my money and business to First Citizens. I'm wouldn't bank anywhere else after the excellent service I have received.
