      Been banking here since I opened my first account when I was a teenager. Always been very nice, patient, and helpful with me. I can get in and out quick too. I’ve been very happy here and will not be changing anytime soon.

      People of color do not receive the same level of service here, would not recommend visiting this branch location. Unless you want to support a business who mistreats people who are different, who are solely discriminated based off a certain stereotype. Unfortunately an employee of mine did receive a different quality level of service here. Which is against their non-discrimination policy. I would like to prevent from others having this type of experience. You have a right to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your CCPA rights. If you are local, go to the Knightdale branch. They won’t look at you any different. They won’t withhold your paycheck for a long period without verbally communicating what they are doing with it. My employee did not deserve to leave with tears in her eyes. She just wanted to cash out her paycheck of $100. Just sad.
