      Recently rented a condo for a week in Florida. Had a great time. On the last day we realized we forgot our checkbook and homeowner we rented from didn't have a card reader. My withdrawal needed exceeded max daily amount and in attempting I locked my account. Now I had no money and no way to get any later. Called Pat and she worked over two hours with two phones, one to me and one to card services to finally get everything fixed. Unbelievable feeling knowing you are not alone, even when you're stranded a long ways from home. Give Pat a raise or a big pat on the back from me.

      If I could give this zero starts I would. These are the most rude, and unprofessional people I have ever encountered in my life. The branch manager randomly decided to close my joint account with my husband because she didn’t like his “tone” with her. She waited to close it the night before his direct deposit hit the bank. Please take your business elsewhere and do not waste your time with First Citizens.
