      Great customer service from everyone that works here at the local bank in Burgaw. I have not had any issues with this bank. Jessica is phenomenal. She is always respectful and extremely knowledgeable. I will continue to bank here for years to come.

      First Citizens Bank has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I work in a Customer service field. I would be fired if I were to perform my job in the manner this fist citizens teller provided customer service.
