      This used to be one of the best banks I ever dealt with however they no longer live up to that reputation . They do not return calls, they place undo holds on local checks, and they have no customer service skills whatsoever. The latest incident was because their ATM machine was not working and I needed to get some cash. they wanted to charge me for a counter check because their equipment was not working. What a way to make a customer feel important. Thank you first citizens Bank of Whiteville for the epic customer service failure.
