      Went to get change but was told by the teller "you have to have an account but i will give it to you this time". Wow..a bank cant give change without an account. I asked to see a notary and a no again .You guessed it!t you have to have an account! The teller nice but nasty.

      I recently called regarding a check that I received from a client at this bank to discern if the check is legitimate, but did not receive the adequate and proper help needed. The agent I spoke with was not patient and wanted to rush me off of the phone. She spoke really rudely but I continued to be respectful. Hopefully she can learn from this experience. I would advise to not call this bank, go there in person. Thank you.
