  Fantastic bank with outstanding staff! I moved my business banking to First Citizens about 2 years ago, and I could not be happier. Their staff is smart, capable, and responsive, and they do a great job of anticipating my needs. They are the best around!

  Place your money with an authentic boutique bank. Avoid them like the plague if you are a high end business that has deep pockets! They treat their best customers rudely, they act irritated by accommodating the smallest request and they have embarrassed my husbands company by calling out balances in a small setting in front of customers as well as calling out loud large checks deposited. They are not discrete, they do not know how to handle high end customers and if a bank does that we consider it a low brow establishment. Complaints to bank presidents and staff get pushed off and my husbands business took his business elsewhere. I also had a friend recently talk about pulling their business for the same reason. Save yourself the trouble and go to a bank that actually cares about your business and doesn’t talk badly about other customers in front of you. That should be your first sign to get out. This is not the first citizens bank of 5 years ago and does not uphold the values we were sold that brought us on in the first place!

  We love this bank. We moved our accounts from two other banks as well as our car loan to be a member here. The rates are so competitive and the staff is exceptional. We will bank here forever. The customer service experience far exceeds anything you'd expect from a bank. Highly recommend!
