      Horrible customer service. Rep called from a "Spam Alert Number". When I asked who was calling she said "The Credit Union". I asked multiple times "which" credit union and she refused to say which one. I was hesitant to give my personal information because it said Spam Caller. The women then raised her voice with me and said "You do remember you have an auto loan with us!". I had no idea who I was talking to the entire time. After this auto loan payment is over I will never work with these lenders again. Try Rockland Federal Credit Union down the street. Much better, great people. I was forced into First Citizens when I purchased my truck. Huge mistake.
