      Update on my review from one month ago. Once again my check was deposited into someone else’s account. Even after talking with the manager last time expressing my frustration. She told me a notice would be put on my account, informing tellers to verify date of birth, so this wouldn’t happen again. Yet here we are in the same situation one month later. First citizens, again proving why they have the worst reviews of any bank or credit union in the area. Absolutely unacceptable.

      This is the absolute worst bank Iv ever dealt with. On multiple occasions they have put holds on my payroll checks, even tho I informed them it was payroll. Today, I cashed my check and for the fourth time they put it in some else’s account that has the same name as me. They simply fail to verify date of birth and address and just put my money in some else’s account. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Rockland Trust.
